It SHOULD have been Jay over Ronnie in 2001.  The biggest would be Jay's revenge in 2006 over RC.

Not as much as it hurts this dweeb losing to his sister...epic bowl cut and pastel-colored golf shirt looking as gay as the day is long.  The girl probably ended up doing interracial internet porn when she got too fat to strip dance at the truck stop.
