He's better in six feet under, even though he plays a gay man.Love dexter though, even though the 3rd season wasnt up to the previous 2.

Show was a little too gay for my taste.
I'm glad you like it though :)

the third season was only weak only because it had to live up to the amazing first two seasons- it still was pretty kick ass though but compared to the first two season- forget about it

No idea I avoid the books like the plague.Apparently in the books he's even more ruthless, like he has to stop himself from killing coworkers and trains his kids to kill.

The idea is to rape your ass with a piece of dried shit.

Love Six Feet Under! That and Sopranos are my favorites of all time and I own both (Northern Exposure, Moonlighting, and season 1 of The Wonder Years rounding out the top 5...and Seinfeld is hard to pass up).
The finale was a bullseye. You have good taste db!

Yeah finale was superb, if youve ever lost someone it hits you pretty hard.Sopranos was also superb but sadly the finale on that wasnt anywhere near the quality of this one.

I remember when the show first came on. I thought to myself that it might be interesting. Then, quickly, I find out that one of the main guys is a damn polesmoker. I never watched again.
Garry Marshall was right...he once said when "Three's Company" was on, you couldn't do a show with a gay character. Nowadays, you can't do a show without one. Sad but true.

Admittedly, there's a lot of gay in there, but if you can get past it, it's one of the best shows ever made.

I have heard good things. I'm just too set in my ways, I suppose.
Here is a show without any gay in it that rocks...

Ancient as I am, that's still a little before my time. It was the first black show tho, no? Good that it endures, instead of the 'What's Happening' and 'Good Times' crap from the mid 80s.

I think The Jeffersons came first. Actually, both WH and GT were mid 70's-early 80's shows. GT was pretty good for a few years until the dad died.
-
That early? I remember watching them, but I was more of a cartoon kid. Star Blazers baby!
We didn't watch a lot of Jeffersons either (although I still know the Movin' On Up song). I remember as a kid I once said, "Say what?" and the old man scowled and said "What did you just say?!" I think I grew up in the whitest part of Jersey. The entire high school had one black kid (who moved away), no mexicans, and three or four asians.

Six feet under are a horrible band. Chris Barnes fucking sucks.
