I'm sorry, i have no sympathy for these fat fucks. You would think when you hit 500 lbs "Hey, maybe i should stop eating." The caloric intake needed to maintain that weight nevermind gain is astounding. Fuck them

The kid don't know any better. His mother created this by her overbearing mothering which fucked him up and gave him no chance to learn things on his own. Did you hear the doctor say that these people have a child like mentality because their family does everything for them. The doctor said he is an 8 year old on the inside.

It really is crazy, I once saw a show where a guy was living in a clinic designed to help him lose weight. He couldn't walk, but his girlfriend was smuggling in Mcdonalds every day for him.

Obviously they have genetic problems. Gluttons can get up to 300, 400lbs tops, but above that it's genetics.

Obviously they have genetic problems. Gluttons can get up to 300, 400lbs tops, but above that it's genetics.
If they are predisposed to being that fat, they should take precautions to assure it doesn't happen and teach their kids proper eating habits so they don't end up 400 lb diabetic adults.

Don't think they could have intercourse because of the physical constraints, but maybe they improvised - like "I'll hide this donut under one of my many skin folds and if you guess it right the first time, you eat it. If not I eat it".
Imagine polishing off 3 dozen donuts and 6 buckets of KFC like that. Not to mention they could also incorporate the "spray whipped cream and lick it off me" routine as foreplay. Epic "oral" sex.

The mom lost her first kid at like 18 months and kind of snapped or something. She seems to be trying to keep this kid as a baby so he will never leave her.
