Ive been training since Jan 5th and feel burnt out so having a week off, normally have 2 weeks round xmas and 2 weeks in July/August. what about you guys?anyone go as far as even training on vacation?

But in true getbig fashion, your bench has gone up, you are leaner, your income doubled and ladies are waiting in line at your front door... 8)

Barring injuries & sickness, I usually just listen to my body.
If I feel chronic tiredness, lethargy, or seriously dread several workouts in a row, then I’ll take a week or two off.
That happens, at most, 2x/year, usually less - if at all.
Sometimes it can be good for your head and body.
If sick or injured, I don't return until I'm better.
I want my immune system working at 100% capacity.

Some years a week or two around Christmas, other years none.

anywhere from a 3 days to 10-14 days, depends on the situation, almost always from a recurring strain in my left pec, if i don't stay off it for a while it won't go away, i trained with everything i had for about 10 weeks and finally got my bench back up to doubling 405 and of course i injure my left pec on smith militarys trying to go too heavy ::)
