Title: Summer Cleansing Fast

I know someone who does fresh juice fasts 4 times a year, this person is in excellent shape and has skin like a baby.

Very interesting, I would really like to try a cleansing method but thre are too many and im a bit confused.

Same here, I think the person I know stops sugar and meats etc... a few days before the fast and uses fresh juices. I need to read more.
