I receently started taking more protein in my diet.
I am getting by on less sleep (not intentionally) not taking naps and I dont feel tired at all really.
I am sleepy now its 2am and I will be gtting up at 9am no problem.
Weird

Some people swear that if your diet is perfectly on track then you can make up for not getting a full 8 hours or so of sleep everynight. Much the way Frankhouser gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep a night.

if i have something to do and NEED tpo get up I can no problem on 4hrs sleep
Some fridays i was working on the door i was home at half3 and then got up at 8.45 to go to gym no probs

I remember reading somewhere that Don Youngblood would only get 2 or 3 hours of sleep night while working 100+ hours a week with his business AND taking massive amounts of anabolic steroids at the same time.
