Title: i WON the strongest national show in our country ^_^

long time i didnt post here any ;D happy to be back with good news for u . . just to share . .

this is my second show first show was last year i won first place in 90Kg .
this year i WON the first place in the +90 Kg and OVER ALL in the strongest national show in my country . . im really happy by this step and THANKS TO MY Parents, BOSS and friends who support me ^_^

it was last Thursday , and im getting ready for another competion ( Opne show ) next Friday 22 May 2009 wish me good luck guys ..

considering the pic was taken on contest day, when he's maybe at 3-4% body fat, I'd say he looks pretty good

eat Kabsa , Mandi hahaha kidding ( these are famous traditional food in arab country ) . eat clean , train hard :)

thx for the comment it was really nice victory ... im lucky there was stronge competitors in each category to get nice winning in over all ;)

thanks to all getbigger for bringing news about bodybuilding all arround the worls and see them in one place .

but i have a suggestion !! why they dont make ( GETBIG DICTIONARY ). some guys used words hard to understand since everyone arround the world is here. ;D

sorry got busy with my preperation for tomorrow.
i live in KSA ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ) in eastern region in the BIGEST Oases in the whole world :) the city called Al Ahssa very nice city . yah ur right about the number. ;)

iforgot to tell in the show i was 92Kg ( 202.4 lp ) . the next Show will be tomorrow held in my city. i Won last years first place in 90Kg and this years i hope to be over all ;D .
