this is what jay cutler does in the off season to stay in shape :o

Jay said on a recent podcast that this year he will stop all workouts 6 weeks before the O

He thinks overtraining too close to the competition has affected his conditioning

By not working out, he can reduce the stress and focus on this diet.

He said that losing size won't be an issue, as he already outmasses everyone on stage

jay is a man who carries a lot of mass, but isn't afraid to get down on the dance floor.

He needs to go back to basics.

as u can see he has implimented a new dance routine that really keeps his body lean and conditioned. by the looks of his facial expression it looks like hes ready to take the olympia this year.  8) (http://i669.photobucket.com/albums/vv54/methoddman44/IMG00081-20090517-0221.jpg)
