Title: Here's my plan
Post by: Ursus on May 21, 2009, 05:08:12 PM
I am seriously thinking of getting to about 18-18.5stone and then just getting lean and trying to stay lean. 'Growing' into the weight obviously this will take a few years but I am almost 17stone atm and I am feeling big and strong.

I think 18 stone would be ideal, mass and cuts stay around 10% and just try to get strong as feck

why don't you just "grow into" the weight at the pace you are now, instead of forcing yourself just to get to some arbitrary number on the scale?  1.5 stone is what, 20 lbs?  a gorilla like you can do that easily in a couple years.

Is that counting the doodad agio, or is that straight gizmo conversion. Might be a factor. Never know.

You say you're 17 stone, but you want 18.25 stone (on average) with 10% bodyfat.  That's 1.825 stone of fat. That's too much stone of fat IMO, but that's not relevant. You don't disclose how much stone of fat you're currently holding at the moment, so "growing into this weight" or what I imply is 'growing into your goal' is of pure speculation at this point. I don't care how "fecking" strong you are, or how much liberal time you extend towards this. You must provide initial, valid lean stone to get anywhere within this discussion.

Someone actually tracked down G tho irl?  And then they ran away?  Haha.  I feel so sane.  It's going to be a good day.

I want to say his name was Hans. Goudy mentioned he knew/recognized him and mentioned a point of Hans' unemployment (I think) and this guy went rangy on the board and then, apparently, went to Goudy's place of work to 'settle' things. Goudy went outside and 'Hans' had fled.

Duel central 'round here.  A pint & a laugh seems like a better solution to me, but I guess ringing doorbells and running away costs less when you're out of work.

LOL. Apparently the dude drove, like, 100kms+ to play nicky nine doors. Guess he can still afford the gas.

Right now I'm about one half mother-in-law (hovering at about 192 to 198). I'm happy at this weight.

A stone is 14lbs

I am currently 16st 12lbs or 234lbs

I would like to be 2-3% leaner and be a bit heavier.

I mean as a long term goal, I could be 18stones in a month but id be fat
