From what i have been reading pasturized orange juice might be only a 3rd as strong for your body as fresh squeezed. But fresh squeezed may be 3 times more costly as some cheap one gallon pasturized orange juice for only 2.00. I would like to hear others opinions on this since im trying my best to sift through all the conflicting ideas on the net about the subject.

This is just more proof at how fucking stupid americans are. You see they even wanted to compare orange juices on Msnbc, but there only focus was cost and taste TOTALLY DISREGARDING any health knowledge tidbits on the 'health strength/impact" of fresh squeezed to pasturized

They have a juice bar at the supermarket I go to.
You can choose from different fruits and veggies and they freshly make it in front of you.
You must consume it the same day, but it tastes great.

This has nothing to do with comparison of nutrient density between fresh squeezed and pastured, but i commend your efforts ;D

Less nutrients in your juice = get the nutrients elsewhere. Not a big deal.

Concentrated nutrient density=less caloric food sources needed= kinda big deal
like eating 20 loafs of bread to get vitamin c of one glass of juice ::)

There are other sources of vitamin C than orange juice and bread, right?

Fresh squeezed, as long as Kai Greene didn't prepare it.
