Post by: tbombz on May 22, 2009, 06:22:30 PM
im going to start being a duface and im getting a real job. sucks. but its not that bad, ill be in a pool teaching kids to swim. i did it before about 5 years ago and i liked it. plus ill be without a shirt on and theres tons of people watching so it will be nice cuz ill be the most muscular guy there.

my schedule will go from 830-12 and then i have a break then i go back from 430-8

do yall think you could eat workout shower eat in that space inbetween ?

idk but i could tell them i could only do morning or only do night lessons.

I'm sure yo could eat, workout, shower, and eat again during that time, but where are the four-six hours that are required for GetBig?

If you only do one of the two sessions, you're probably falling short of "real job" territory.

For a mere mortal – no.
But for you, dizzy, the sky’s the limit.

What were you doing before this?

So you have 4.5 hours to eat, workout and shower?  As long as your commute isn't 2 hours, one way, I think you can manage.....

Those hours are a little funky.

I imagine after the morning session you'll be lookin to get the hell outta there and enjoy your day

Instead you'll be dragging yourself back 4 hours later.

Look forward to you're job completely dominating your day.

Stick with a regular straight shift. Split shifts are torture

Actually in my youth Bosch was my favourite. But since he was kind of Northern Pre-renaissance his work lacks good 3-dimensionality, hence this=improvement.

The fact is many of the named have received educations and could survive without the trust. That is respectable imo, being a mooch is not respectable.

When you gonna eat?

You can have breakfast before your shift, but ur not gonna be eating during work.

U can have your lunch and then another couple of meals when u get home after 8:30

I doubt u will be able to eat chicken and rice during your shift when you're poolside

You're looking at 3 or 4 square meals per day at best

looks like tdongz is faced with a life altering decision all of us have faced at some point in our lives:

1. do i stay home and mooch off mom and shove needles up my ass all day while i cook my chicken and dissect black men's bodyparts who are posing on stage?
2. do i get a job and try to make something of myself?

i hope you make the right decision, Taylor (option 1).

Option 2 would put him at a higher rate and chance of success and will also serve to further develop his mind and passions.

Option 1 will only serve as a type of menial mental slavery with the only reward being the ability to buy pitiful trinkets with the equivalence and worth of some dry beans.

Are the dime store trinkets really worth 8 hours of your life, 5 days a week?

The way I see it, the boy is curious, enjoys learning new concepts and is passionate about working out.  So passionate that he posted this very thread asking for suggestions on how to continue working out whilst being robbed of his life for mere pennies.

I don`t see how this useless endeavor can be worth anything unless Taylor is a pedophile which I suspect he is not.

dude, he'll never meet a "sponsor" in his basement (to help him pursue bodybuilding).

i seriously doubt his mom would condone the ass poundings in the basement.  he'd need a place of his own, and where better to find a schmoe who will bed you than as a lifeguard at a kiddie pool?

I really cannot wrap my mind around the concept of slavery for 40-50 odd years with the end goal being free from slavery so you can die in 15 or so years after a lifetime of schmucking your life away.

A few years removed from that, nobody will even raise a flag in his honor and the only visitor will be the green weeds snaked upon his tombstone.

No matter how famous or "successful" we all will be forgotten in time.

His family oughta pool ALL of their money together, buy a mansion free and clear for the entire family and he can have a wing to carry out his business in.  He could even have backdoor access to the pool so he can sneak the occasional "John" in order to give swimming lessons.

I don`t get why families just don`t buy one huge house using all their resources.

I don`t get why families just don`t buy one huge house using all their resources.

the concept of family is not the strongest it's been in America lately.

the "normal" pattern would be:

1. go to college , get in debt with student loans
2. live with your frat buddies for 3 years after college, spend all your money on rent in a "hot part of town"
3. get some shit paying job , most likely having nothing to do with what you went to college for
4. meet a chick, spend the remaining 130 dollars a month you have after taxes and rent on her
5. get a 2% raise at work, buy a brand new car that's 40% of your take home pay
6. get a few credit cards opened up to pay for living expenses "til i get another raise"
7. get married to that chick who thinks you're an asshole anyways cuz the guy she went to high school with that she jerked off once is making 4 times what you are
8. have a kid, two, three
9. pay off one credit card, open up another one
10. get a house with some kind of a negative equity payment plan
11. get fired from work
12. find another job with a paycut
13. refinance the house, find out you actually have 3,000 in equity
14. spend that on a 20,000 kitchen

etc.

basically what i'm saying is, if so many kids didn't have daddy issues and try to "prove themselves" while the rich folk are laughing at them, we'd be fine.

Beyond me why that sequence of events is commonplace and looked upon as virtuous or as a success.

I am convinced Americans have set their compasses and charted their course on the high seas of mediocrity after watching hours of sit-coms, comic book movies and Romantic comedies believing them to be true and held as imitable standard.

Immigrants are highly successful because they are not fooled by this nonsense and know the value of pooling their resources together, keeping the pie intact and sharing the pizza, instead of chasing lies and dividing wealth into slices, forcing everyone to bake their own pizza.
