The 2009 NPC JR USA kicks off at 9am EST. There are 232 total entrants in this year's show up from 212 last year. There are 70 total men in this weekend's competition and it looks to be a good line up.
One guy to watch today is Darron "Hollywood" Glenn. If he comes in sharp enough from behind don't be surprised if you see him winning the Light-Heavyweight class and being a contender for the overall title. He was second to Garret Allin in the 2006 Nationals as a middleweight and looks to have added some quality muscle. He'll get a run for his money as there are a number of guys that are the mark.
