It's an absolute farce. There is NOTHING different about that training than what guys have been doing for 50 years. So I suppose we're supposed to buy that Rimjob or Ramrod or whatever the hell his name is invented 8-12 reps sets, a few forced reps here and there and a negative rep or two thrown in for good video?
What's more pathetic is that Flex Magazine would involve themselves in promoting someone else laying claim to principles that Joe Weider takes credit for. Morons.

Joe Weider has never really developed any "principles" and was never really "a trainer of champions", he was a promoter of rehashing and rewrapping what already out there.

they were not training FST7 there just training.. it is your last exersice on the muscle group you are training and then you do one exersice for 7 sets in a row for 15 reps each set with a 30 second break inbetween and rehydrating while waiting for your next set..try that and then tell me your not in pain at the end of your workout...
Haneys FST7 is insane...

these training styles are good for someone who doesnt know their body and hasnt had alot of training experience. fst7 giant sets doggcrapp training, etc etc etc... for somebody who needs to be told how to train... cycling through these styles will provide gains without any brain work... but someone who knows their own body with experience training is much better of just training their own way

another thing.. hany is a dipshit... telling jay to keep his chin up during the cable crossovers.. what a fucking moron... does he even train? tucking the chin on chest moevents helps stress the chest..anyone who ever has trained would know this and have felt this before... why the fuck do these guys pay this idiot... goddamn hany must have the best hookup on GH ever

its always good to try new training techniqes...to push your self to the next level..and to find out what does work best

That training is a complete joke.....Heath doesn't even use full range of motion with the DB's, no wonder his upper body is unbalanced. Jay ditch the cap, and cable crossovers...give me a fuckin break.
