I just finished a monster blueberry pancake with a solid dose of maple syrup, a big slab of ham, 6 scrambled eggs, 2 croissants with strawberry jam, and a ton of milk, so I sure hope so!

Anything you can stomach will pretty much be absorbed.

:D ::)

You disagree? Digestion will slow down when a large meal is consumed.

There is also a study that shows that eating one meal per day (compared to three meals a day), while consuming appropriate calories, may promote modest positive changes in body composition. Other factors (like satiety, cardio-vascular health etc.) will usually suggest a higher meal frequency though.

You still promote your made-up beliefs while not knowing anything about the underlying science.

But at least you sell crackpot seminars and "readings" to morons even bigger than you! 8)

on a related note, i stuffed myself the last two days and still fit into my size 29's

...and what will actually happen is cuz i "over ate", it will probably act as a "refeed" thus resetting my metabolism thus leading to me being EVER LEANER in a weeks time

btw, wavelength might try and prove this wrong but this is how my body works

Almost like the Holy Trinity...each aspect being one part of the whole and higher being, each representing a different component of the same great, yet different greatness...

5g of luecine maximises protein synthesis,
1g of luecine per 10g of whey proteins.

I have never been sure as to whether it's such a good thing to down thousands upon thousands of calories day after day after day.....Is it a good idea for your body to be constantly digesting large amounts of calories?.....it's like running your car engine all the time on idle.....it seems like this could wear down your body in some way...especailly if you do this for years and years.....maybe contribute to aging in some way or organs breaking down>?

There are a lot of factors to consider.. and there are many many more..

*Metabolism
*Volume of the stomach ofcourse
*Pancreatic enzymes (the breakdown-rate of macromolecules to micromolecules e.g glycerides, amino acids, glucose)
*Motility of food/molecules in the intestines
*Hormones/peptide hormones
*The mass of micronutrients the body can store = rate of absorbtion
(e.g glucose --> glycogen; fatty acids --> adipocytes (cells which store FA) protein --> build-up of new tissue(s) and new enzymes)

This is just some basics..

As with everything else in BB - it's about genetics.

I don't count calories = gay
Me = all drugs = "good russian all drug"-genetics.
