In other words, this is an obvious tell of what a fooking pussy we are all seeing...For fucks sake, if the camera's are on you, pick up a respectable weight for christ sakes...You have alread proven you care about weight because of the silly leg press yelling you did...

In closing I feel that this video is extremely damaging to any "athlete" in the bodybuilding business...

Those are old school plates, they made them that wide. Trained at gyms that had some of those old plates around. Now everything is plastic coated and dead feeling.

Thats one huge dude. Never seems to do very well in competition but like has already been said looks great in the gym. The rear delts are ridiculous!
