bob in street clothes with the two bodybuilding doctors. interestlingly enough gourgott died young and  whitehead went crazy, one of the more entertaining stories in bodybuilding.

bob in street clothes with the two bodybuilding doctors. interestlingly enough gourgott died young and  whitehead went crazy, one of the more entertaining stories in bodybuilding.

Hahaha does anyone really think that today's bodybuilders with their 45" waistlines, beet-red high blood pressure faces, ridiculous baggy pants, and truck-cover sized shirts present a better image than these guys from the 1950's?

just one thing for all getbigger...

bench press wasn't "a la mode", all these oldtimer got huge chest and unbelievable rib cage expansion with heavy dips and barbell pull over.

only 2 exercise.

 ;) these guys actually took the time to learn how to train and eat to gain muscle ! now mr o---f----king olympia is hireing some dingbat to personally train him ( and yes this is more then rediculous ) and is totally dependent on drugs ! Its absolutely pathetic !
