I dunno but MHP uses soy protein as their main ingredient in their protein powder

Heard that pretty often but also heard that it is the only non-animal source with a complete amino profile. I would never use it though, just to be safe.

It doesn't matter, cause you body assimilates the amino acids / protein from the different foods that you consume over the span of several hours (around a day) and combines them to make complete protein.

plant proteins are great, you can use them but add some animal proteins with them in the same meal.. for example some beans with a glass of milk..
