Fucking leg press??? I have a ton of respect for Levrone as a bodybuilder, but this shit is just dumb. He hasn't been in the gym for 4 years ::) He's gained 4 pounds in a couple of days and he thinks it is all lean ::) Give me a fucking break. Be honest at least.
Anyone who has any level of knowledge of bodybuilding, or working out for that matter, knows he is full of shit.

he has done it before many times for your information. going from 200'ish pounds to 250'ish in a few months. not natural ofcourse but still. called muscle memory.

That is my point exactly. He is telling everyone he is doing naturally. Plus, saying shit like he has already gained 4 pounds in a matter of days. Come on.

wouldnt be surprised if he could put on 30 lb in quick time based on muscle memory alone- no gear.
it comes back real fast, and- for those who use modest amounts of gear, you usually can get back up to the weight you were at when you last stopped. Getting beyond that is a bit harder..but it piles back on, even without steroids. somehow the body just knows how to configure itself back to where it was.
