Yesterday the only thing I ate all day was an EAS RTD shake, and I felt fine. I think I will start doing that more often. Will help me conserve money for sure.

I've been eating no more than twice a day recently

Meal for the lazy:
Protein powder for protein, microwave-reheated oatmeal for carbs, powdered greens mixed in w the protein for veggies/antioxidents, fish oil capsules for good fats.

I just cook my typical meals, if im bored eating i throw them into the blender, some water and wash it down.
Try not to breath while you drink it though. :P.....anyway in les than 1 minute you will get a whole big meal in you.

Yes I sometimes get tired of eating. But it's usually because I have to vary my food sources more; I get tired of eating the same food, and not tired of eating

Nope! Thank God for the DOLLAR MENU at McDonald's. Yesterday I got 3 McGrilled Chickens, 2 double cheeseburgers and a large Oreo McFlurry. Came out to just under $7.

On weekdays on a cut, just one solid meal plus a protein shake during the day.
