Title: healthy fast food

kfc has grilled chicken, i get this and take off the skin and get corn as a side which doesnt taste like it has any oil/fat added. it tastes good and is healthy,ive searched burger king andmcdonalds menu and they have nothing healthy with protein any other good diet foods at fast food restrauts? im always on teh run & its a bitch to pre-prepare food

Maybe you need to take this on the go with you, cant speak for the 127% more muscle claim, only gave me a 117% increase.

nothing wrong with that meal at all.
kfc's are pretty rare around here though
wendys chili with a side of potato has been a post workout staple of mine for some time now
haha, 619rules/johnnyvegas had a story about wendys chilli from when he worked there. something like they used old hamburgers and dropped them on the ground,spit in the chilli etc

hahahhaa, coming from the guy who uses a gram of test a week and admits he has trouble shoulder pressing a pair of 50 pound dumbbells. :D

I'd drink donkey urine straight from the tap if it meant a few extra pounds of lean muscle mass gained.
