The new season of the Fit Show is in the works, we are going to make this the best season ever covering everything from diet and supplements to strength and conditioning training for everything from golf to football to roller blading to tiddly winks, if it is fintness related we want talk about it. We will cover every aspect of sport and fitness that YOU the fans want to see.
