Yeah,,,,it would be much better if those wonderful darlings the Soviets had bases in latin America. Chomsky is a shitbag...pure and simple. To him, everybody else is wonderful....really Decide, don't pretend to be a libertarian.

Last xmas we had to send a comfort box to the boys out in Afghan... I put in a Chomsky book.

What has Latin America ever done to the US? There were never any jihadists there.

Hardly. We did a lot of bad things in Latin America in the 80's. Iran Contra was probably the most famous. I know HH6, you wouldn't care if every other person on earth was tortured to death or murdered as long as the US is #1. Can't argue against that because there is no argument there.
