do you not understand and realize there are many dudes who dont lift weights but have a big frame do to standing and would probably slap the shit out of most twink gym lifters who only lift weights and sit for the rest of the day

anyways working out alot is overrated, but nutrition i underrated, all u need is a few heavy sets to failure but have tons of non acidic fats and plenty of alkalizing fruits
always have tons of milk mixed with ground flaxseed , the flaxseed cancels out the gass effect from too much milk
