Thank you,anyadvice appreciated

Muscle Milk is a good option for extra Calories. How broke are you?

thanks, i cant afford chicken breast everyday, but i can afford to have a pound of red meat, few cups of rice, 15 egg whites and cheese,i was just wondering to add in more calories in form of junk food. :)

well to tell you the truth you would be better off to forget the junk food and use that money for "goodies" it will probably cost less in the long run.

exactly, and dont forget, if you eat shit, you gonna look like shit.
unless you are one of those supersupersuperfast metabolism guys!

You've gotta spend the money on the food that you are spending elsewhere. This idea that junkfood is costing less is junk in itself...

Well given the circumstances, I'd suggest maybe cooking at home. I think eating anything is better than not eating, but its your call. If you do decide to eat junk food you'll probably have to kick it up a notch in your workouts and increase the amount of cardio that you do.
Best of luck! :D

Tunafish, eggs, rice, cheap 100%whey protein powder and potatoes by the 10lbs sack....All these things were great tools for me when I had zero money and still wanted to build mass. That and a multivitamin just to get all the vits and mins I wasn't gettin from my food. Your grocery bill will only be around $100-$200 a month depending on how much you take in.
