Title: What kind of Dr. does abortions?

I know my Doctor would never do one.  What kind of person goes to medical school and then decided to be an abortion Doctor?  Is it rewarding to them?  They've always got to be worried about some pro-life nutbag shooting them or attacking them in some way.

Do they get payed more than a regular Doctor?

OB/GYN, I believe. But no, I don't think anyone goes to med school for the sole aim of being able to perform abortions.  :D

I'm not really putting them down, I think of myself as pro-choice, but it just seems weird to me that a Dr. would even bother with abortions.

it's part of being a gynocologist.
As for how these md's justifies what they do - probably that they are helping the women.
I support abortion btw.

there are occasions in which an abortion is warranted.  Rape victims, or if the mother is in danger, low viability of the fetus due to genetic/birth defects etc. I am pro-choice.  But with that I don't believe that abortion should be used as birh control.

for those that think it is evil or against God's wishes, how do you know that wasn't God's plan?  After all he didn't stop the abortion from happening.  Maybe it's part of the "bigger" plan.

I bet the shooter watched a lot of Bill OReilly.

FOX news bashed that doctor constantly.
