Post by: Bast000 on June 01, 2009, 05:38:50 AM: b12 is one of the main structure forming vitamins. after a night of boozing you loose this ability to take in this vitamin because alcohol burns prostaglandins and healthy flora/bacteria. it is crucial to have plenty of yogurt on hand because thats how b-12 is absorbed and attained.

lack of b12=fatigue

b-12 is actially a friendly bacteria and less of a vitamin. and the friendly bacteria will thrive with the right environment and you wont have a deficiency if you eat yogurt often and drink often(for energy or for fun)

if you are worried about your liver, kidneys have no worries fruits and applecider vinegars take care of this

and as always keep plenty of flax in the diet

keep a nice rotation of beer , plain yogurt, flax to ensure premium health

some may say (dont even drink beer that will solve the problem) ..

well beer boosts hdl and at 'times' beer will give you more energy per calorie (this is because it feeds off of good bacteria wich needs to be replenished immediatley!

Either way they should use The Johnny Falcon AKA Daddy Waddy in the just say no to drugs compaign.This guy obviously does some form of drugs.Or the fumes from the paint has killed most if not all of his brain cells,lol
If I was a kid and seen he acted I would touch any form of drugs.
Another thing, has he ever cleaned his fu$#% house.If you going to post a video atleast pic up your laundry and clean you dam house.
