Agree... looks the same. If anything he just betrayed his ethnicity.... maybe you can get some skin bleaching and dye your hair blonde so you can fit in better. Maybe some blue contacts as well.

Facial reconstructive surgery is reserved for those of us who have gyno and will commit suicide if they do find away to make themselves attractive to the opposite sex and get their ears stapled back and get circumcised, and attempt to get gyno surgery and desire a nose job and want to lose their muscle and listen to Howard Stern all day ;D

It's a huge business now because people don't want to look ethnic. I can't remember the before pics but it looks really great.
There was a show on, months ago, about nose jobs in Iran. I've never seen better work done on persian faces, except for the cases where the doctor wasn't qualified.
