single ester is much better at keeping blood levels stable. try to get th longest possible ester. i  believe it is Laurate, although im not quite sure.

So why do some people on once a week or bi weekly cypionate injections complain of "waxing and waning" effects?

good question....so i suppose the real question is then, is there a best option available?
