alcohol has nearly no vitamins in it, the amounts are slim to none basically. people underestimate and take for granted how alcohol/beer energy can carry someone through the night after a few shots or beers=low in calories but high energy, think how long u can dance at a club with all hoes with just a few low cal beers or couple shots..
the thing is alcohol takes the b-vitamins out of your organs and puts them to work. these stored b-vitamins help in dna repair thus keep your ass movin! but leave your b-vitamin stores depleted until you replenish them
in order to keep this pace one should tailor there diet towards harnessing as much power towards b-vitamins and other vitamins consumed early in the day combined with friendly bacteria wich are transporters wich is simply YOGURT for its cultures. cereal form of b-vitamins seems best for now but since cereal is a grain and not a fruit you have to drink LOTS of water because grains soak up YOUR water unlike fruits wich put water in you. This is neither good or bad, this is simply what happens. This is why after you eat a box of cereal then start drinking water, it will take you nearly a gallon of water to start pissing clear if you eat a box of cereal
you cannot attain this serum b-vitamin level anyother way. maybe possible through injections but who wants to do that, thats gay

if i sit on my ass for more than an hour it starts to itch
i dont understand morbid obese, they simply ignore minor sensorys or discomfort and never decide to step out of the box :)
