Brown 1lb ground turkey breast, drain it. Prepare 2 servings of brown rice, then add in a can (15.5 oz) of dark red kidney beans & some Jack Daniels Original No. 7 sauce. In the end, this=1 meal for Superheavyweights, 2 meals for heavyweights, 3 for light heavies & 4 for "others" ;) Yum!
