Post by: Lift Studios on June 06, 2009, 08:48:55 PM: Troy Alves guest posed tonight in Denver, Colorado. He plans to compete in Atlantic City and then on to the Olympia. Looks good in his current off-season.

with all due respect I don't see an in form Troy Alves beating the likes of Chris Cormier, Ronnie Coleman, Kevin Levrone, Shawn Ray Paul Dillet hell even JPF who had their respective places in those spots ten years back... as you well know the 90s where a tough period of competition...

all that aside Troy has a fantastic physique...

If only he could squeeze the last smidgen of water out of his glutes and hams he would get the respect he deserves.
