Hello all,
I have a question. Is it better to pump with high reps (15-20) and then go with low rep (8-10) but very heavy , for building muscle ?
Thanks, I hope my english is ok.

Thanks all for your reply and your help.
I like to train for the pump and I got good gain but I heard Jay Cutler said you have to train heavy and like 8-10 reps.

yes i you have a stuborn bodypart, you can do a few pre-exaust sets firstly.
For example, for chest instead of a regular warmup, do 2-3 sets of machine flyes - high reps... NOT to failure or something, until you feel your chest pumped then proceed to a basic exersice like bench press..
I can guarantee you the contraction from rep no1 you will get will be unbelieveble.
