Hi,
I am 6'2'' and 235 pounds. If I consume 100g ch per day, how often and how long (a meal, a day?) should I carb loading?

Depends on other calories, and goal... But 100 is pretty low, so maybe you have to load every 3-4 days something around 500 along the day. It also depends on how your body load glycogen...

3000 calories per day. High fat, moderate protein. My goal is to get back to shape as soon as possible. 30 min HIIT cardio on treadmill three times a week, and 80 min weight traning three times a week.

Cut some fat, 3000 calories is too much if u wanna shape fast. Then make a carbo load every 3-4 days, around 500g of carbs and again undeer 100. But about fat, stay just on EFA and around 100g is enough
