for each "scoop" of protien i want you to try to mix two types of protien
hemp protein-for its fiber content
rice protien-for its protien content
must mix the two together because if you get too much of rice protien you will get constipated cause it has no fiber maybe women like this feeling but i dont...
so have 1/2 a scoop of hemp and 1/2 a scoop of rice protein 4 times a day along with 1/2 scoop of flaxseed 4 times a day
have 1/2 a grapefruite a day
1 whole bag of spinach per day or dark green
tons of water
bowl of cereal at night with skim milk
also a bowl of plain fat free yogurt at night with fresh blueberries mixed in
ill end with the fact that i do not know for sure the potential culprit of lactose or tryptophan delivering the sleepy full effect from milk , maybe its the synergystic combo magnifying the problem since lactose is part culture that grows anyway. but basically this diet will get anyone ripped, i dont even reccoemend working out, im sure you have worked out most of your lives and have stimulated enough already .

to 'grow' on this diet is to find away to avoid 'food fullness', but to continue to eat and assimilate more calories for working out
so when one is lean on this diet
olive oils may not be such a bad idea for mass growing along with something else of course, perhaps a specific grain type bread, it maybe only one grain out there?

i just had powderd hemp, rice, flax and some chocolate cupcake mix (not too much) i used equal parts of each ingredient
i ate it DRY tasted fhalking GREAT!
but ill have to do some pushups to null the sugar content only
it is a PERFECT COMBINATION!

yes its all about recipes with the right ingredients like.....
what im eating right now actually taste like chocolate cake mix...
but instead of all chocolate cake mix it is mainly dilluted with hemp, rice, and flax grounds , and actually tastes better and more wholesome, tastes best i think dry because the consistency on the toung is much like eating a chocolate cookie.
i also reccomend splurging on exotic fruits everyfew days or so

also with this perfect plan to be ripped and good looking, you can drink beer and workout simultaniously wich is HIGHLY beneficial, if your like me sometimes by having absolutley NO motivation to workout. beer will certainly help you get some serious workoutshit done, ask ALEX23 he approves and so do i

You need adequate protein, carbs and fats in addition to proper training to gain muscle.
To get lean you need to lower your calories so that you burn more calories than you take in. An excess of protein may spare muscle loss.
an excess of protien is an excess of calories still
many times after a rough workday "diet foods" dont give you that boost or kick to workout like a good cold beer does my friend
