I take about 1/4 teaspoon prior to training (maybe fifteen minutes before). Gives me a warm feeling & a little extra pump when training.

thanks Rimbaud. I thought maybe more people would chime in, but you know how getbig is sometimes...
I have read that it's a better option than the NO products and I can get a pretty good deal on some. I think I'll give it a go and see.

When I am using it I use it daily. It has much more to offer than just a muscle pump. NO is extremely important for sex function and many of the processes in the body related to weightlifting. I usually take like 6-8 grams a day for weighlifting and general health. I do feel like it is a better alternative to NO products as they are laden with artificial sweeteners and other nastiness you don't want taxing your liver, kidneys, and GI.

I LIKE TO USE IT ..AND THE POWDER FORM I USED WAS OLYMPIA LABS 9.00 US CHEAP AND GOOD PUMP.I WENT BACK TO MY OLD STANDBY 6 STAR MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE WHICH IS JUST MUSCLETECH CHEAPER 19.99 VERSION 3 CAPS BEFORE TRAINING GREAT AND I MEAN GREAT PUMP,VASCULARITY INCREASE.THEY SAY U COULD USE UP TO 10 CAPS DEPENDING ON WEIGHT BUT TO ME I LIKE TO BE COST EFFECTIVE,3/5 GRAMS PER DAY ON TRAINING IS PLENTY FOR ME.

I got some from olympian labs for $9. for the price it is worth it but it does not do much for me besides a greater pump during workouts.

what i do before workout is take some NO product and during workout i mix AAKG(6-8g)powder&Creatine(5g) with Gatorade
