Title: BLACKSMITH return to IFBB stage
Post by: Sami The Black-smith on June 09, 2009, 09:10:27 PM: this is my 2nd guest posing @ my national local show in BAHRAIN... i was nearly 218 pounds... eating clean for 7months now and training 2 times a day, taking the best Supplements.... i am Aiming now for the WORLD which gonna be held in QATAR this Nov... i might be 210-205 pounds best shape ever.

ok....... cant wait for the haters comments ;D

without music due to downloading but very Clear.....

5.7,,,,225 was my max offseason but still look in shape... by next year i shall add more 8-10pounds after i do my first under 202 pro show and see what i place and how i do....

I'm sure he can if you can. Sami would destroy 95% of the IFBB pros on stage. And he still looks healthy. Odd how a non-IFBB pro can make money guest posing and in fact come in better shape than 99% of any IFBB pro that does a guest posing gig. I thought only IFBB pros make money guest posing. How humiliating to the IFBB pros who can't get a guest posing job and Sami does it regularly. Good job Sami.

our federation is doing very well with the new guys who toke over after the old once.....

i will compete with IFBB and of course its under Santonja which is the Chairman of IFBB...

Your keeping it real, i will give you credit for that. Back will be more of an issue in the 202, than the worlds, beating the drug test and being hard enough to win at the worlds should be the task at hand, you have the size and shape but the europeans whilst not as pleasing are usually a lot harder, and condition counts at the ifbb worlds, hopefully for you, you will be able to improve on your previous contest condition and beat the drug test at the same time.
