These are some vids from a dumbell chest session i did a while back i wasnt on at my best that day strength so i didnt post it... But you have to take the rough with the smooth i guess, anyway here goes
I did inclines first

Mes has been training for a while bro. You don't get that strong overnite. I'm sure you've gotten stronger since you've started 8)

Meso has exceptional genetics AND he has been training for a while. He is a show off. Stronger than when I started, sure but his warm up set with those is what I would use for a very heavy set.

ha h ayeah that gym is a wreck nothing like those clean pretty gyms in america....
yeah.. lil easier especially considering i did 4 sets of incline first
ive been doin decine dumbell presses of late... really thickens up the chest

90lb incline dumbells is actually very good for someone who weighs 143lbs...well done bro.

I don't weight 143lbs, that is my goal... I am in the 160's...

Strong lifts Meso, and good ROM too -- props. Funny how you constantly get asked to post vids of your lifts, but then get flamed once they're posted. Thing is, I would be equally impressed from a guy who might only use 100 lb. dumbells -- as long as he's training super hard to failure and trying his best to constantly strive to improve.
With that last set of flats with the 160's -- be careful at the end of the set when trying to dispose of the weights; might get injured; looked kinda dangerous there.
Ever tried pressing the DB's with a thumbless grip? I feel it better than a thumbs-around grip, although I'm a tiny bit stronger with a thumbs-around grip.

I don't weight 143lbs, that is my goal... I am in the 160's...
...either way, 160 whatever pounds, and the 90 pounders is still good. I swear you said you couldn't bench 100kg?
If you can manage 40kg dumbells, that definitely translates to a 100kg bench, no?

Uhm..no. It is very strange with me. 40 kg dumbbells I can do for 6 or 7 reps but the bench thing...I struggle with 90kg...I don't know why? ??? I posted a thread about it because my other lifts, deadlift, shoulder press are decent; it is just the bench... :-\

yes perse i think i could press the 180 for a few reps but our gym doesnt have em...
lance you raised some good points.... some people will not like you no matter what i dont let that bother me.... because i cant control that ..thats the reason i posted this on the training forum less traffic less... accusations and all that crap... posts like yours i find interesting and relevant you raised the point of thumbless grip on barbell movement i will use the thumbless grip but not on dumbells it just feels unstable plus i have small joints that thumb around gives me extra stability on dumbell movements as they can go every which wy unlike barbells which offers more stability in general as you dont really have to balance it.
at the point of that set of 160 i was tired man usually i would sit back up with the dumbells on my knees but after incline presses i was smoked just one of those days.... but i never drop the dumbells until after ive checked the floor
