Title: Hows this for a leg day

I have legs like FDR.

Gonna train them harder and faster.

critique

Squats 5 sets
deads 5 sets
GM's 5 sets
Front squats 5 sets
leg stensions s/s ham curls
Standing calve raises

??

riding a bike is just as stimulating

i dont care much for big legs or strong legs.

I just want them to look reasonably trained. Gonna focus on my calves. Sooo small
