Totally legal in California and this guy (Charly Lynch) will get thrown in jail by the federal government.... ::) Minimal sentence of 5 years...for giving terminally ill people marijuana as is legal by California law.

This would be good time for California to invoke the 10th Amendment, and tell the fed to go pound sand, but it won't happen.
