flex!!.. he won a lot of ironmans and arnolds.. he also won the NOC once..

he said, not the O or Arnold, the Ironman and the Arnold are major shows. The Ironman is a major show, not because of the money, but because it's the first show of the season, and is either a week or 2 wks before the Arnold.
