hahah i only enjoy the herb
with my new diet i am not hungry (flaxseed/hemp protien/riceprotien) cause that stuff swells in your stomach like jello making you fuller
the problem is that you recover slower (because of the low calories) but lose bodyfat at a good rate without the need to workout much maybe just throw some falcon punches here and there
the herb definitly motivates one to workout though i suppose

Falcon give up the Weed dude it slows the brain and will ultimately have you in a constant go Slow mode.Fukka will have to pay the piper if you become a heavy user which by your Vids you are well on the way to 5 bongs before breakfast.

na man a couple of weed hits and im high for half the day dude , im talking about small hits too just hold it in no exhale
i know how to not be in a constant slow mode, and that is avoiding too much milk n cereal during the day and sticking to the flax/hemp/riceprotien to fill me up wich will keep me full but not making me sluggish by taxing my digestive system

yeah man i am able to keep my calories under a 1000 with ease and have energy to work 6 hours a day 7 days a week. other 'diets' would fill me up too much , but giving me alot of 'extra' energy to workout and i would recover faster but its harder to lose fat when u have a big appetite and eating foods that are waterphobic
