Do you cook most of the food you take pictures of?

Some of it, but most of the food I get from the supermarket or restaurants.
I'm just too lazy to cook. ;D

I'm extremely interested in your diet. I hear you dont count calories, is that correct? Do you have a description of your diet some where? Thanks.

He said he weighs himself and that dictates whether he eats more or less.

Where can I get these?

Austria, Europe.

Eat what you want but get enough protein and adjust calories for target rate of weight change.

No idea, they are available all over the place here.

Like I said, WLDP sound easy but they are not; the execution of a clean diet is much easier but you already agreed about this.

how do u adjsut calories if u dont even count them? How many meals a day do u consume usually?

One solid meal plus a 100g whey protein shake during the day.
I just weigh myself weekly and go by experience. If my rate of weight loss is not where is should be, I eat a little less the next week.

Wavelength has one large-huge meal a day and the rest comes from a protein shake filled with about 100g of protein (UN Whey).

He doesn't count because he has been doing it for so long.

I like. I like. Almost exactly what I thought it was. Right now I'm experimenting with the same thing, eating 2-3 meals a day though. I usually just wait till I'm hungry and eat a portion that is just satisfying. With more experience, I'll know how it works so it'll be easier to know where to manipulate things. Seems like a more maintainable and natural way of dieting.

I'm nto sure why just one meal though.. I realy look forward to breakfast and lunch/dinner so at least 2 meals for me. I approve the method though  8)

It definitely works (had been doing for a few weeks) but the execution is more difficult than eating clean because you have to count every silly calorie. Try it out though... :)

I'm not an advocate of any eating pattern. My experience is that it doesn't matter. So whatever is most convenient for you. :)

LOL, that defeats the purpose since the idea behind it is to make dieting easier no? I do think that its probably better for more experienced dieters. For beginners or people who need to lose weight on schedule traditional methods are probably better, as he already mentioned... I'm not that experienced, but I'm in no rush to cut. I enjoy home cooked meals, and theres no bloody way im gonna try to count those calories so Im gonna go by feel for now  ;D ;D

Unusual that you wouldn't be hungry again many hours apart from that meal.

I think the protein shake prevents that (I sip on it throughout the day), plus the body adapts after a few days.
I do get a little hungry in the evening sometimes. But that's normal on a cut. Most of it is psychological anyway.

The great thing about my cutting diet is that I get to eat whatever I want once a day. So there are no cravings.
Plus I have a pig-out day once a week where I have no restrictions at all.

I can describe it. I bought the following equipment:

- Smith machine
- Lat pulldown machine with extra weight stack up to 120kg
- Straight Bench
- Two adjustable benches
- Dumbbells up to 40kg
- Preacher bench
- Hyperextension bench
- Squat rack
- Pullup and dips rack
- Leg extension machine
- Leg curl machine
- Cable machine
- Cross trainer
- Rowing machine
- Stationary Bike
- Punching bag
- TV

All from the old black and white series of Technogym, welded, professional quality equipment for gyms.

It's not that expensive if you get quotes from different companies and bargain. I wanted Technogym because I knew it already from gyms I trained at. It's middle of the road, price wise, but very high quality. And it's not like I paid for it alone. :)
