i played a lot of basketball and was on the wrestling team. Also I had a weider sand weights set outside that I lifted on sometimes, but I didn't know much about what i was doing.

240, not to sound gay, but, if you had signs of striations on your ass and no fat in the upper inner hamstring area, then I'd say you're 6 - 9%.
