Just finished with these and 5 hours later im still shaky. Full leg workout and finised with 3 sets of 50 with a lighter wieght. By the third set i only got 30-10-10. Not sure of any benifit, but it hurt so good im loving it. ;D

I bet you get some noticeable growth.

Tom Platz once said that one of his favorite things to do to help with definition was to rack a fairly light weigh on a bar and squat for ten or fifteeen minutes straight. Light weight and high reps work wonders for the legs sometimes.

Try down-shifting to 1000 lbs for the leg press. Then you should be getting at least 300 reps per set.

Yeah no were near 1000 but thanks for the vote of confidence Panda ::). Only a mesley 2 plates a side but slow and steady, realy feeling it, your legs actualy stert to go numb haha. Its morning and im so sore and gotta go 2 work (construction). Gonna be a short day lol 8)

it would be daft to build your training round super high reps,,,, a high rep finisher at the end of a leg workout does wonders tho... a good 20 to 30 reps on the hack squat etc...
