Starts off with a sleeve shirt, then a black tank top, then a white tank top and finally bareback.

Also not impressed by his lifting ability. Spotter helps from rep one not to mention the useless machines.

I could go on but I will spare you the rest. ;)

So true. He will never be able to put on any real muscle training like that a week out from a major contest. ::)

Don't know what you are seeing but that is the future of our own mr. Collosus_1986. The dude is just one blocky momo and I am sure you can relate to him being just an average momo yourself.
