I wonder if carbonation also plays a role in protein the rate of absorption because, like alcohol, it is absorbed in the small intestine. Maybe this is why Jay drinks pop with his after workout shake???

I saw Jay shopping in Whole Foods with Hany R. about 3-4 months ago.
He looked shorter than I expected but wide a shit.
Also carrying a man-purse and wearing a sweat drenched skin tight shirt which was weird considering it was still winter/early spring and kind of cold. Why not put on a clean shirt or even a sweatshirt?

From Germany eastward it is in the culture to have photo albums of relatives in their coffins. My grandparents were from Austria, (I had an uncle, although born in Schulenberg Texas, spoke english with exactly the same accent as Herr Schwarzennegger speaks) I have relatives with over a dozen albums of dead people. Sometimes professional photographers are hired.
