1. Fun, exciting job
2. Decent body
3. Hot girlfriend
4. Good in the sack
5. Good with money
6. Great health
7. Great family

I'm sure you hear a lot of things sleeping with a mental patient. I know it's hard getting laid considering your "condition" but resorting to psych wards isn't healthy. And neither is fantasies about little boys in dresses. ;D
