what is it with all the protien shakes , and oats, if that method worked so well we would see alot more masters on this site.
i recently just added potatos to my diet, no butter, simply boiled and eat with salt and red peppers taste fucking great!!!
tired of milk and cereal because the next day when your on the shitter , your dump doesnt flow out like it should, its like not a pleasant dump cause that milk is like glue n fucks you up
i think its important to note that some foods are more comfortable shitting out than others, so go for comfort id say wich may have a higher meaning of a more sound diet anyways
what i ate yesterday
8 beers with 4 whole grapefruit inbetween beers
some spinach
1 box of cereal
6 boiled potatos
1 avacado 3 bowls of icecream mixed together

Although I'm currently taking half my protein in shakes, too, I'm a bigtime food advocate and would prefer to get another real meal in. On days when that's possible, that's what I do.
Because I still do some snacking, I don't do full meal replacement shakes...I use the zero-carb Isopure from Nature's Best, which contains the BCAAs I need. I'll have one at 7am, PWO (varies), and bedtime. Sometimes I'll even add a 4th if it's too inconvenient to eat when I'm out or at my daughter's house.
I recently increased my protein from 200-240/day up to 300-350/day and WOW, my desire for snacks has been greatly reduced. I'm not going to see an immediate drop in bf, though, as my caloric intake is about the same, but if I can maintain this, over time, the increase in LBM and reduced cortisol release should help me, even without daily cardio.

what this all means is Mike moojoski falcon that lives on a patato farm and eats cheese and potatoes all day at 4000 calories a day will have a totally different build then someone who eats 4000 calories of other foods FACT
because vitamins and minerals have differnt functions and will make you look differnt, this accounts, contributes for there being so much uniqueness and diversity in the world

Don't be too strict just listen to your body and eat what you feel it needs. Don't listen to your mind it's probably filled with cravings subconsciously programmed by food ads, listen to yo bodeh.

what people dont realize is that there is growing evidence for some 90-100 unknown not fully defined vitamins minerals ect stated from the scientific health community!!!

this morning i cooked up 3/4 lb of ground beef, and about 150g carbs in potatoes (home made hash browns) and with that i drank a glass of blueberry juice, 2 multi vitamins, and one tab magnesium. at work during break i ddrank a shake with two scoops blended protein (whey egg casein) mixed with juice. right now ill drink a shake with 2 more multivitamins and another tab of magensium, then go workout and drink another shake then when i get home ill cook the same thing i ate this morning... except probably more potatoes...

theres a shitload of uncertainty if vitamins in pill form work at all. in its natural state you can assure that you are getting the vitamin. dont trust mans manipulation to make a buk

Man manipulates the crops with fertalizer. Everything is manipulated by mankind. Just pick the tablets or veggies/fruits. Theres no diffrence really.

true, but to me it a peice of fruit loaded with vitamins and minerals is harmonized in its creation with other nutrients intact in its natural state, we dont know the full extent of the value this means as to how vits and minrls work synergystical in harmonic balances
the safe way is to consume the whole food, or i mean more assured way i suppose of proper vitamin intake, i mean if vitamins realy worked that well wed take an appetite suprresant and vitamins and be ripped in a couple of weeks

I have been eating an all you can eat diet for the last 2 weeks when I wasn't training, letting my rest joints.
