Title: Q's for Cheftim (Ketchup, Bacon Grease, Catsup, and Ramps)

Do you cook with either?

My grandma taught me to use Ketchup in Vegetable Soup, Goulash, Meatloaf, Meatballs... etc.. 

She also would save Bacon Grease for stuff...

She made the best food I ever had...  What do you think of Ketchup and Bacon Grease?
