no one's hating on the belt, the monolift is only a problem if it's because someone's suit is so tight they can't walk, and wraps? i think once you get over 600 pounds ain't nobody gonna bitch. ;D
that shit was STROOOOONG, man!! :o

Good effort.
The third rep was the closest and the best too IMO. Looked about 2-21/2 above.
Very good angle to film from too.
You look like you're just in good shape right now, well trained through and through.
Loaded, for a lack of better word. You got some kind of meet coming up in 6-8 weeks or so?

none of those were high. not one. it's possible the IPF would be assholes on one or two because it's not significantly under, but the crease at the hip was DEFINITELY on level with the knee. they were spot on parallel in the way coan and siders had a knack for stopping right there.

Those were all plenty low.

Let's agree to disagree.
What we can agree on I think is that Nash looks to be in great shape.

Great work man

the second rep would have been turned down in the usapl/ipf, maybe in the uspf, nobody else would have turned down the second rep. rep 1 and rep 2 are deep. I'm not in shape yet, but i'm working on it.

I'm impressed. Very impressed. Good job, Nash ! :)
